Standard shipping £3.59: via Royal Mail 48 hours tracked (2 working days following dispatch)

Express Shipping £5.99: England via Royal Mail tracked 24, 1-2 working days following dispatch

                                   Scotland & N.Ireland via Royal Mail tracked 24

We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, normal dispatch turnaround time is 1-2 business days. Turnaround times may increase around busy times such as holidays.

Orders are dispatched on working days only, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

When we dispatch your order you will be sent an email confirmation including tracking details where applicable. If you receive this email on a public holiday/weekend this means your order will be collected from us on the next working day. No parcels are collected from us at weekends or public holidays.

If you have not received a dispatch email, check that you have used the correct email address and check your junk mail folder.

Though rare, your order may be delayed if we are out of stock of a particular item, if this is the case we will notify you.

 

International

All International Orders will be sent either via UPS or Royal Mail tracked 3 - 5 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: For international orders we do not collect any taxes at the checkout. You will therefore be liable to pay any tax/import fees relevant to your country once the parcel has arrived at Customs in your country. Royal Mail/UPS will contact you directly to arrange for this payment to be made prior to delivery. If you cause your order to be returned to us (by refusing delivery, not paying charges etc.) then any charges passed on to us from Royal Mail/UPS will be subtracted from your refund.

We are unable to ship perfumes or perfumers alcohol internationally due to custom restrictions. Any orders containing these items will have the items removed from the order and refunded prior to shipping. This includes kits containing Perfumers Alcohol.

Returns Policy

We operate a faulty returns policy, if your item is faulty or develops a fault, you have 14 days to return the item for inspection for exchange or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you need to report a faulty product please email: info@glitterfairy.co.uk
